Check the curves of the camera transform. If nothing seems out of place, it's simply something wrong with your animation.

How do i do that?
With the camera transform selected in the animation set editor, check the lines in the motion or graph editor.

is it really that hard? Just dont strantch it too far and too in
and dont make it derpy, i have not been using a rig and i will never use one
The problem with not using a rig is the inability to keep a hand or foot exactly in place, making it extremely hard to even animate walking.
I know what could be the problem with you!
I totaly knew what it is. Add me. And ima tell you.

I FIGURED IT OUT
The Razer Game Booster was causing it so i disabled it and it doesnt jerk around as much

Ok I admit that rigs are useful but they are impossible to move/customize the pose of the arm, all it does is turn it
