Im trying to find the sequence for the scooping pose and the unscoop pose , anyone knows what is it called? apperciated the help. :D

If you want to really get good at posing, then you should try to avoid using sequences.
Do the posing yourself. Yes, it will take longer to make the poster, but good art is never fast, good art is detailed and details take time...
