Nuclear Dawn Authoring tools Error (IMG ATTACHED)

Been messing around in the ND-SDK for a bit. Can't launch hammer now for some reason. Here's the Error message

Solutions Tried:

Verifying Tool Cache
Reinstalling Tool
Verifying Game cache
Reinstalling game
Checked for and removed any mods (No mods installed)

Any advice? Feel free to ask any other questions necessary if I did not provide adequate information.

try to delete that hammer.vdf file and verify tool cache again

Here's my file, it's empty. What does yours look like? Have you tried emptying the data from it?

I have a feeling the program itself generated this error and should be reported to the game developer here. http://steamcommunity.com/app/17710/discussions/3/

Dimedroll's solution worked. Issue was there were apparently 2 different hammer.vdf files that were not being removed by verify. Found it by searching for hammer.vdf on the drive itself and deleted it from there.

Works perfectlynow.
