Game Tweaks
please comment on these tweaks, and if there`s anything that could be added or modified let me know.


WEAPON TWEAKING
hypospray
-increased clip size from 2 to 3
-increased refire delay from 0.5 to 0.65 (fix the dual fire glitch and accidental dual sprays)
Shotguns
-increased silenced damage multipler from 0.9 to 0.95
Chainguns
-increased structure damage multipler from 0.15 to 0.22
-increased homewrecker structure damage multipler from 0.2 to 0.28
M95
-decreased structure damage multipler from 4.60 to 4.50
X01
-increased blast raduis from 100 to 200
-increased damage factor from 4.230 to 4.333
-increased homewreck from 5.2 to 5.333
-increased explosion damage from 55 to 60

PLAYER CLASS TWEAKING
stealth
bullet damage to the body
(left_arm)
from 0.9 to 0.8
(right_arm)
from 0.9 to 0.8
(left_leg)
from 0.9 to 0.8
(right_leg)
from 0.9 to 0.8


STRUCTURE TWEAKING
power plant (empire)
-MUST have feild tatics researched to build (stops noobs from building power plant first)
power plant (consort)
-MUST have feild tatics researched to build (stops noobs from building power plant first)
walls and barriers
-disabled no_power_laser (walls no longer lose health with no power; more realistic)
machinegun_turret
-increased power usage from 150 to 175 to prevent noobs from spamming
-must have feild tatics researched to build (prevents noobs from building in base at game start)
power_relay (empire)
-increased hitpoints from 3000 to 3150 (structure boosts will multiply from 3150)


OTHER TWEAKING
Bots
-increased aggression
-increased skill
-increased reaction time
-increased teamwork

primary_resource_point
-increased trickle_multiplier from 0.5 to 0.65
secondary_resource_point
-increased trickle_multiplier from 0.25 to 0.375

*resource points have an initial amount of resources, once that initial amount drys out they produce only a certain percentage
*this prevents games from prologing and encourages teamwork

parachutes -working on
more maps
-2 waiting for a rename to be played just as much as regular maps (but will never happen)
-4 in to early stages to play

Perhaps if we're updateing the bots, we could remove the sniping with smgs.
