Bots are stuck in Matrix and can't spawn

When the round started I had 6 bots in my team. After 20 minutes of game only 2 bots from my team were able to spawn. Others were present in the "Tab" list but couldn't spawn. What I was doing is building transport gates and other buildings and selling them. I was playing for Empire team. The other team had 7 bots and no human players. Everything was fine with oposing team I mean that 7 bots were still spawning normally.

I assume that when a bot chooses transport gate to spawn and this trasnport gate is sold or destroyed this bot is stuck and can't spawn.
