ND crashes after win/loss on server page.

Since the update after every game i play once the xp has been rewarded and it switches to the new map load screen ND crashes. I cant seem to find any cause for this, and its starting to really bug me, all my drivers are fine, ND is up to date.

Tried reinstaling ND, reinstalling drivers, running in admin mode, nothing seems to work. any one had a problem like this they have sorted, shoudl be able to find a work around if i have some info of a fix to go on

Yeah same happened to me but it fixed itself not sure why. Try a different server or restarting

mine wasn't fixed last night, hope it is tonight if not ill do another ND reinstall and see what happens. its an odd thing to happen but it seems to be concerning my ND install something has probly messed up. Still an odd problem

I am having the same issue every time the server messege pops up i get a runtime errro with no error code

sorry to say im glad its not just me, i have tried everything short of formating my PC, which wont make a difference as its a new MB and fresh windows. its just really confusing, after a few days of veryfiying files, and nothing being downloaded or changed i found a load of files saying nuclear dawn. failed. huge amount of numbers, these were not there yesterday so im wondering if its a problem writing the profile data and its causing it to crash, though that should be on alot more than just 3 peoples acounts.

I try n fix it almost nightly so if i come across a fix nightlance ill let you know. I would try and contact the coder for the game, he seems a nice chap and has helpped in forums beofre but ill save that one as my last resort if i cant fix it or it sorts its self out.

I sent an email to the support for the game maker. If i hear back from them i will post it here

Night can you look in your steam/steamapps/common/nuclear dawn file and see if you have anything like this: (failed)nucleardawn_20121225_223104_1 MDMP

I have 4 of these that if i delete them they return as soon as i load up ND and close it.

have you checked the validity of the game cache?

yes, and uninstalled, and updated all drivers, replaced all driver, replaced C++ libary, even formated my HDD and tried again

same apart from the formating my HDD, i even tried uninstalling steam this morning and nothing, still the same. Very frustrating.

Try disabling Multi-Core Rendering on the Video tab of the Options.

Thanks psycho, that has done the trick, just got 6 games in and it didnt happen once.
Cannot belive it was something so simple as to click a box.
