Crazy stutter problem

So i recently got this game and im having crazy problems

FPS drops
Stutters (EXTREAMLY MUTCH)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz

8.00GB

64 bit

Anything wrong?

Also im using a ASUS EAH5770 Series

Yeah your specs are fine, it could just be your connection to the server or the server itself. The "[xG] Redstone Arsenal" has been optimised for higher FPS so try and head for that one.

Ah I see, that would probably be why then. Offline against bots is very pc heavy I find. Mainly as you are your pc is controlling all the bots. Lots of servers have bots though, try joining one and seeing if the same thing happens. Redstone has 10 bots.

have you figured it out eventually..? I just bought the game and tried it with bots and it stuttered more and more until even the sound started clipping so I just quit the game.
Max CPU usage below 65% and GPU below 30%...

I lowered the AI's down to 5 each team and lowered my graphic settings down to medium that worked for me. but i dont have the game installed anymore so. i dont know if they have fixed it.
