Walk Mode?

Is there any way to make yourself walk slower, instead of having to duck, kind of like CS:GO or any other Half-Life 1 Game or Mod. I've tried +walk and stuff, but it's really handy to walk and become more accurate, plus some classes are just 2fast. If anybody knows a way tell meh.

Don't remember for sure, but doesn't shift or capslock work? And you are moving slower while aiming.

Aiming - Slower
Shift - Sprint
No Keys - Walk, though walking in all games in genrel will improove accuracy, though I'm looking to walk-walk, such as Shift in CSGO. As a stealth, I find myself running into walls and being fast even when normal walking, which is why I want to have a CSGO style walk key.
