one of the things that really makes me sad is the selfishness and unchivalriousness of pvk players. The worst thing is force switching. It's really selfish and makes me mad. Couldn't there be any way to put a stop to the effectiveness of this?

While a plugin would be nice, for the time being having the rule enforced is the only means. Casual players that come to the server will in time generally learn. This is harder to do with people that are new to the server and if they're foreign and don't know english but /shrug.

This stuff is annoying as Hell, but You can't really do anything, unless you Want to Ban everyone out.
