Synergy not starting in Linux

Hi, I have a problem with Synergy, it won't start.

Look and rename/move libgcc1 library in Synergy/bin folder.

Removed libgcc_s.so.1 (closest one I could find) from both Synergy/bin folder and steam back-up files. Same errors remains so no difference.

I'm having difficulties getting synergy to run under Debian 64bit. I have all the HL2 installed (hl2, e1, e2) and they run fine; and I can run Synergy if I use the dev/beta version but that is 56_15 and it won't let me connect to any 56_16 server.

Remove libstdc++ too. It helped me!

I did rename libstdc++ and libgcc_s.so.1 but the game isn't starting.
After verify all files are restored but the game is not starting.
Do you happen to know if there is a crash log or some log I could check?

The latest development branch in Synergy should more or less work on Linux native. I've only tested on Ubuntu 16.04 though. If you find any issues, like reproducible crashes, you can let us know here with the details: https://gitlab.com/SynergyMod/Synergy/boards?=

Remove Linux. It will help you even more with gaming!

runs just fine on xubuntu 16.04 for me

ignore the trolls / liers. synergy does NOT work under linux. period. its a known bug in their KB forums too, if you want to check.

Just played Synergy for a couple of hours on Linux. Doing what xDShot & d3coder suggested worked just fine.
