Why so few players? Why Devs stopped updating the mod? Mapping tutorials?

This mod is great, but needs updating. Nobody wants to play a game that has been abandoned by the developers. Are there any mapping tutorials? Where can I download the FGD file for hammer?

huh, last I check, no servers were running the 4.3 :l

EDIT : The game now crashes on start up for me now :l

Rest assured the Devs are continuing work on Synergy!

Personally I'd rather wait longer and have as few issues to deal with as possible than to have them release it before it's ready just to pacify the community.

If you know its being worked on is it gonna have more mountable games and is that why its taking so long?

It takes time for many reasons, not just mountable content.

I'm not sure just how many Beta testers there are but it takes a lot of time to make sure you're finding issues. You can't just load 1 map and find it works as expected and call it good. There are hundreds of Maps and multiple Games that all need to be working, from Map Load to Map End and everywhere in between.

Take a look at the Development Forum to get an idea of what's being done. Keep in mind this does not reflect 'everything' that is currently being worked on.
