Windowed or Windowed Full Screen?

Is it possible to get it into windowed mode so I can stream my gameplay? I have tried making a shortcut and adding -win, window, -w and to no avail...

You're in luck! I found this out not 15 minutes ago: You need to open up your Steam library and check your game properties (right-click on the game and hit Properties), then click on the Set Launch Options button, and type in "-win" (without the speech marks), the game should then boot up in windowed mode.

So I'm trying to find exactly where in this game's folders in steam is the actual thing where I'm supposed to add the -win to make it windowed...

Everything I've read so far, the instructions are absolutely vague "look in the folder for the .exe file".

Steam lays some of the files out differently from the original game. Can anyone tell me EXACTLY what/where the icon, folder, or command element is to modify to play it windowed?
What folder, exactly, in the RA3 folders, is it located?

@Starseer: A little late, but better late than never, eh?

You need to rightclick the game in steam, and then select propperties at the bottom.
Then under the General tab you select Set Launch Options, and in the new window you just simply type -win and hit ok, it's as simple as that. :)

it seems that running the game with the "-win" launch option will put it in windowed borderless mode.
You might however have to first change the resolution in the options file to your screen resolution for it to work, im not certain about that.

no. it will put it in ordinary window. but Borderless Gaming helped
