Installing a mod. (Generals 2)

I am trying to locate my game folder in mydocuments but I cannot find it at all.
Does anyone know where I put my mod now?

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Red Alert 3\Mods\<MOD NAME>
If the path does not exist, you can create it yourself.
the <MOD NAME> folder should contain mod files (xxxxx.big and xxxxx.SkuDef).
