Visual Problems
During Halloween and Steam's discount I installed both Dead Space. And I have the same problem in both.
Here's a screenshot of DS1, but happens the same on 2.
EA just answer my ticket and they said that Windows 7 is not compatible with DS1 and DS2. That's not true because I've friends playing them.
I appreciate any kind of help, thanks.

Something messed up with your graphics driver, maybe? It's like you are getting some of it right (the graphics of the characters) but the background is having problems. What graphics card do you have and have you checked the drivers? I agree with previous poster - I'm running DS1 on Win7 and having no problems.

Same here. Running both DS 1 & 2 on Win 7 x64, with no problems. The graphics are perfect (meaning there are no errors). Try reinstalling your graphics card driver. If the problem persist, and is present in other applications also, I'd advise trying to swap the graphics card (if you have a desktop computer), jsut to see whether that has any effect on the game. It also may be the case that your graphics card in particullar has trouble with this game, what's your configuration?

I've already checked my drivers, and upgrade it.
Game configuration don't change anything, i've tried all the resolutions and lower graphics but the problem remains.

Here is my computer info, hope you can help me with this. Thanks.

Did u force AA your graphics card? I heard there are problems like this if done so..

Sorry, all I can think of, atm

Edit: Ohh, wait.. a few years ago I blew my Radeon, it did similar things. Do that spiky things rotate with ur mousemovements? u've got that kinda trouble with other 3d accelerated games?

Serge, I know this problem very well. Try the following> create a new acount on PC and start the game as a new user. Eventually you had a directx problem because of installing different games with different directx settings.
