Any benefit from installing "Awakening" while playing Origins main campaign?

I have both origins and the expansion, Awakening, and was wondering if the expansion affects the origins main campaign at all? Any extra items or party members, for example? Not sure if I should install both, or only install the expansion when I'm ready to play it.

No it does not affect main campaign. When you play the expansion you get a new party etc, and if you import your warden there is some warden specific dialog. You will also get new loot in awakenings, and can bring some of the things you gathered in Origins in to Awakenigns.

Getting Awakenings doesn't change Origins storyline as it takes place after Origins. In my opinion, Awakenings beats DA: 2 hands down.
