Why has Steam not got that game ? it has the others

Because EA has its own digital platform. There might have been some talk or other on EA and Valve not able to work out a financial arrangement they both liked for certain titles, but even if that was an issue, EA would likely make their AAA titles Origin exclusive anyways.

And as a note, Dragon Age II used to be on Steam. Those who bought the Steam version can still download it, as it's tied to their account, but Valve no longer has any keys with which to tie DAII to additional Steam accounts.
