Open world/ combat
two things, first of all, is this an open world game, second is the combat any good in this game? thanks

The combat is excellent if you enjoy slower, more tactical, game play. You will be disappointed if you're looking for hack-and-slashy type combat like Elder Scrolls.
I do enjoy elder scrolls combat but this sounds good as well, thanks
