I have watched a video on how to get past the part after watching the cutscene but still find it to difficult to get up to the second window. It doesn't help when the game is telling me to press buttons for a xbox controler when I do not have one. Poor console port. Wish I had never bought it.

Don't you just climb up the water feature at the back?

I had problems too. At first I tried jumping onto the water feature and then onto the pole to get access to a glass panel which was removed, but I kept falling down again. I then tried jumping towards the glass from the water feature with a flying kick. I smashed the glass and got through. Sometimes the problems look hard but they actually have simple solutions.

You get to the highest platform of the water feature (right in the corner) and you can make it to the correct window easily. click punch/kick/smash to get through the window. at the far end, break glass, move back and run and jump (just smashing through means you fall), then springboard to the next floor.

If you wish to optimize your route, you can use the pistol from the desk to smash the glass before you get to it.
