Help with Resolution

I recently bought the game and wanted to play it but it's out of range and I can’t find a way to make it windowed to be able to see it. I’ve tried the hotkeys of alt+shift or enter (don’t remember which), I also tried going to advanced properties and put -windowed and -w 1680 h 1050. i have ran out ideas and need your help.

It's made pretty clear in the readme.txt file:

Mirror's Edge runs in full screen mode only. It is not recommended to use Alt+TAB or Alt+Enter commands in-game, as game functionality may be interrupted.
