Im running windows home premium 64 bit w/ a i7-3610qm w\ 8 GB of ram and a Nvidia GeForce 640M le 2gb braphics card plus my computer came with an Intel 4000HD graphics card and i tried running crysis through both cards and still nothing
You need to uninstall and re-install the game. If any game works for over two days then u can most likely get it to work again just by re-installing it.
Because of Steam's built in backup, it makes it simple to DL a fresh copy AND quickly backup that fresh copy before ever running it. (Most everyone- me too- forget to backup games before ever playing them because they're so into playing it for the 1st time because it is so fun launching a game for the 1st time.;)

My antivirus recognized the crysis launcher as a trojan for some reason (I´m using AVG), and I had to make my antivirus allow the program to initiate, after that it worked as a charm.
Tried literally EVERYTHING.
I fell ripped off.
