Activating Crysis on Origin - Possible Solution
Using the standard method to activate a key on Origin does not work for many titles older than 2008. However some people, including myself, have been able to activate it using this link:

It may or may not work, but it is worth the try. Also to find your key, you may have to technically start downloading the game on Steam (but you can quickly pause.) Then right click on the game in your list and select "View CD key."

I can confirm that it works, but I must add a few details.

I first contacted with EA's people, via chat (in their Help section, you must be logged in, and you have to select the game you gave the issue with, and platform).

After you tell them you want to activate a game you bought for Steam in Origin too, they ask for the keys (in my case, the Steam keys for Crysis and Crysis Warhead).

Then they verify if the keys you provided are real Steam keys for that games, and ask from you to provide a proof of purchase: a screeshot of your purchase history in your Steam account (they give you a link, to atatch the files).

Once they are able to see your screenshot, where you show you bought the game you want to activate in Origin, they provide you a new key for each game, and the link the OP has pasted. There, with the new keys EA's people have given to you, you can activate your games in Origin.

Finally, I must add also that the EA's guy that guided me in the EA's chat service was very helpful and patient.

I successfully activated Crysis on Origin using EA's activation service on their support site.

I do have an EA Classic account, not sure if that makes a difference or not.
