DX11 Studdering
I was hoping someone can answer this question. So i have direct x 11 installed and is running the game with DX11. I notice that the in game mouse and the game is studdering. It looks like it is in a very low framerate but when i check the framerate with Dxtory the framerate is really high. If i play the game in DX10 i have the excact same framerate but without any studdering. I have this excact same problem with Crysis 2, i play it on extreme with a high framerate in DX11 with studderring and in DX10 with a high framerate but without studdering. Please, if someone can explain this that would be great and if someone possibly have an solution.
Thanks!

Yep, and it's not exactly stable.

Use -dx9 and the game will run perfectly. If you use a modded config you can still use those "dx 10 exclusive features" outside of dx10 and run them in dx9.
