Crysis causing pc to crash
i just got a new laptop this Christmas and I downloaded a bunch of games, but when i try to play crysis it will open up then say it stopped working, hten my computer will say something like "we found some problems and need to restart ur computer".
I already tried re-downloading it but it still does the same thing. somehting i should add is i got a window with the option to download punkbuster the first time i installed this game, in which i chose not to install punkbuster, but when i re-downloaded/reinstalled the game i didnt get the prompt this time
The only other game that does this so far is black light retribution but that is a common issue on that game
the way i typed this is probably confusing, but any help will be greatly appreciated

did you installed the last version of your graphic drivers ?

could be yr graphics card is overtaxed, as above poster noted at least make sure to update the drivers. shdnt really effect crysis but all the crysis games are going to max out your graphics card. if youre overclocking it, try turning the OC off for those games.
