Account banned WTF???

Hey i didnt play Tribes: Ascend since february now i just launched the game,tried to log in and my account is banned. WHY????

Now the support team answered and said that i used cheats >.<.
Ive never used cheats on that account because i bought GOTY edition if i used cheats it would be giving away 8€. Help please :/

Well, the VAC ban in your profile certainly makes it feel that it could be the other side around.

They probs got evidence of your actions whatsoever in Tribes, in which so, they won't lift your ban, I guess.

Yes i used hack 1 year ago,long time ago,it is not fun <.< but i DID.NOT.USE.HACK.ON.MY.ACCOUNT.ON.TRIBES:ASCEND. I swear i dont know why i am banned!

well tribes is in coma so I wouldnt expect active support from Hi-Rez, but as you actually spend money on the game tell them to give you exact evidence what you did and tell them you will sue them if they don't

Just tell them you will take that to court! or go on and ask your countries consumer protection about that issue
There's nothing else you can do, but if they see you are really serious they will do whatever you want - hirez has a really ♥♥♥♥ up image already and can't take any more bad publicity

The support didnt answer yet...what should i do guys? Im gonna create a new account and hope it comes with GOTY edition since i bought it on Steam,still,i want my account back >.< (by the way the new account im gonna make is just to play a little bit i still want my account back)

What the hell? I am sure they are wrong or banned the wrong account because on their site i log in,go to games and it says my T:A account is active >.<
I made a new account called B3guy and it doesnt have the GOTY edition! Why??? I bought it on Steam it should be applied to T:A when i play on Steam shouldnt it? Anyways please tell me what to do i want my account back with the GOTY edition.
