"Hacker Dye"

Hi sup. My favourit dye in GA has always being Hacker dye but now no one has it to "Sell" in the action house =O. Please can someone tell me the name of an Admin in the game or tell me how can i contact one to ask him if he can put it in the Fashion store like one admin did with Cyberphunk dye?
