Problem with Startup

When I trie to start the game it takes a minute or so to load the launcher. Maybe someone encountered this an can help to speed this up. The machine is more than powerfull enough,

The real problem occurs when I hit the play button of the launcher. I throws a Application Error which says:

Exception in module se5.exe at 00073CC8. TXDirectX.StartAll - Setting DirectDraw coop level. An attempt was made to set the cooperative level when it was already set to exclusive.

End of Error.

It seems to be connected to the DirectX Problems between DirectX8 and newer versions... I will reinstall some DirectX stuff now and try again.

.Net update solved the problem.

Hi, i have just run into this problem, and i have tried to download the latest .NET to solve it, but my comp says i have the latest version, any ideas on how to solve this now??

I think an older version of .net is needed. No idea which one exactly.
