Please help - where is the "GameTypes" folder?

I downloaded the balance mod and need to extract it to the gametypes folder, but I can't find it. I'm at the point where I right click the balance mod, click extract all, then I don't know what to do next.

To find your game folder try going to: Program Files(or Program Files (x86) if you're on 64 bit)\Steam\SteamApps\common.

Then open the folder for Space Empires/SE5/Gametypes

Then extract the mod files in to the game types folder and it should work.
