Graphic stuttering

Using AMD GPU, graphics on ultra settings. I already have a Physx driver -- had to install it because of another game -- and the game runs perfectly fine, but there's this annoying stuttering -- mostly on Violette -- on random camera movements and running. Could it be bc of the Physx driver or is there something else I can do, perhaps on CCC?
