Why no other languages in Steam?

If there is something I don't like at all is that some companies don't bother to bring their translated games into Steam. This game already has translation for other languages and is absurd it is not available there.

We are charged a lot more than other countries for the games (in euros) but it seems we don't deserve the "special" treatment with languages. Just with prices
