Where to get non-HD?

HD runs like ♥♥♥♥, I can't even play it, and it's never going to be fixed. Is there a way to put/get the non-HD version on steam?

There is a version on gamersgate on sale for $5 that may be non-HD as the file size is about 2 GB installed - about half of what steam lists, although I don't know the install size on steam and sometimes steam lists space needed to download and unpack files (double install size), so it could be the same version.

Just installed it on an old dual core Win XP 32 bit machine and runs fantastic. Even has pretty good 360 controller support. My install folder is 1.88 GB, but it's not the steam version. It says it's DRM free on gamersgate. It is on sale only for another hour for $5.
