Stuck in place, unable to move.
I've seen this issue appear before in other forums, and I've tried everything. For some reason, whenever Stranger stops moving, he gets stuck in place and I either have to jump, or pause / unpause the game to get him moving again.

I have tried enabling / disabling vsync

I've tried lowering the max framerate. I've done this multiple times to the point where I'm down to 25fps.

I tried turning on gpu sync.

None of this has worked and I'm out of ideas. Does anyone have any idea as to what I should do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is happening to me too!

I had this issue when I fired it up for the first time yesterday. I've fixed it by changing some settings (see this[i.imgur.com] and this[i.imgur.com]).

Note that the framerate doesn't appear to actually lock at 30. If somebody can explain to me why, I'd appreciate it. Of course, I don't actually want it to lock at 30, that would look terrible; it's just that these settings seem to fix some of the issues (from a quick test), including the one you mentioned.

Fixed it for me, Thank you AWOL!
enabled Vsync and locked frames to 30. All good now!

It does not work for me at all.
The only way I can get Stranger to move is by jumping, and if I stand still again, I have to jump again.

How can the devs not fix this?

Potential fix is to turn off G SYNC if that is enabled.

I tried playing on a secondary monitor @ 1080 without G SYNC and it seems to have fixed the issue.

[EDIT]
I can confirm that G-SYNC has to be turned off in order to make it work.
