towers not working
I love this game, but now I have encountered a game breaking bug. The towers only work when in normal speed, I have tried normal mode, and wave mode, both with the same problem. The funny think is, I played it 6-7 times before it began. Then I tried reinstalling it, Didn't help. I would love some suggestions on this

I've sent an email to Oxeye because as at December 21st 2012 the issue is still there. I played this game a long time ago (over a year, maybe even two years) and never had problems with the laser towers in slow motion like at present. Here's hoping they can help.

I had the same issue in windows and I found a work around (albeit an anoying work around).

Delete your config file: (mine was %appdata%\Local\Harvest\harvest.cfg). It will prompt you to select screen res + profile again, but the guns will now link and fire again! If I exit the game and start it up again I have the same problem, so I now delete the file before every time I play.

To automatically delete the file every time the game is started you can use a batch-script.
Create a file named "something".bat on the desktop with this contents (modify for your own account name):
del C:\Users\Jim\AppData\Local\Harvest\harvest.cfg
start steam://rungameid/15400

The just run the game by double-clicking that file.

After a bit of messing around I realised this was a timing issue, likely because there are so many frames being processed. Anyway try forcing vsync on your drivers for the game and playing in fullscreen mode which will limit the fps to (usually) 60fps. May stop you from having to delete the profile haha.

Yeah Live-Dimension's suggestion worked for me.
