Linux game files?
Just bought this, but Steam for Linux was unable to downlaod.
I wonder if something went wrong or if you just need some time to upload the Linux game files?

Same here. Just purchased the game. The Steam client claimed it downloaded and installed but the target folder is empty (the folder exists however). Attempting to perform a verification returns a positive verification even though nothing is there.

Same for me... This also happened to me with Dwarfs!? For Dwarfs!?, a dev replied to the forums and said that they were aware of the issue and it had to do with them having Dwarfs!? in the late beta stage for Linux. They forwarded along an email address, inviting us to reply in order to maybe get beta access.

Strange how Darwinia works but not Multwinia...

I wrote to Introversion (Multiwinia's creators) and they sent me a link to download (non-Steam) Linux version of Multiwinia for free...

Did they say anything about the steam version?
FUXOFT Dec 29, 2012 @ 9:40am
Janus: No. They just sent me a link to download Linux version, without any comments or explanation whatsoever. I asked them if the downloaded file can somehow be integrated into Steam client, but no response so far.

So it's for sale on Linux right now, but there's no actual game released yet? I guess i can wait for a bit for this....

...well if the download exists for linux it'll be easy to put it in the right place (Steamwise)... so it can download like uplink and darwinia... unfortunately DEFON is also broken... at least the binaries... the soundtrack(DLC) works
