Anyone know how to play on max settings? Very high shadows?

when you put shadows higher than medium you get single digit fps when close to enemies and outside, i've heard that it only happens with new AMD drivers so what version amd driver fixes this?

does any patch fix this? how can I max the game settings in 2017?

To fix this: In system.cfg - r_ShadersPrecache = "0"
I have no idea if this fix it for AMd, but it does for Nvidia.
