Unreal Tournament 2004
Can't see tiny enemies :(
I've been playing UT04 for a bit now, and I have a huge complaint: I can't see anyone to shoot them! If they are more than what seems to be a few feet away from me, they appear so tiny I can't see them to fire at them. It's like trying to shoot an ant when you're in a plane! Does anyone know what setting changes how big the characters appear?

You can toggle somewhere that the enemies glow, making it easier to spot them.
For being unable to hit small targets on your screen, you just have to git gud.
o.O what mod are you using to make enemies tiny :o
Seems somewhere works "Pint Sized" combo.
hmm... I don't think they were using the adrenaline combo, it seems like everyone past a certain distance was very tiny. It seems like part of the trouble to me is the screen resolution. I've got it set on 1280x1024. I'm not sure what the best resolution is to play the game.
The native resolution of your screen.

In addition, change the fov in case you have a screen which handles resolutionsformats different than 4:3. For example fov 106.26 in case of a 16:9 screen (like 1920x1080) or 100.39 in case of a 16:10 screen (like 1920x1200).
You can calculate your own fov at the following page: http://www.wsgf.org/fovcalc.php

Changing the FOV in the game: open the console and type 'fov xxx.xx'.

bots and mp players generally do not use this combo. Its far more effective to use booster etc. I dont know if bots even use adraline :p
Small player appearance is a design issue of UT2003 and UT2004. The only mutator i've seen that fixes this is Personal Growth.

I was playing around with the FOV like Z.Ibrahimovic suggested, I didn't see that it made much difference in the player sizes. It did make my environment seem more up close, but there just seems to be a certain distance that once past that point, players shrink to nothing. I suppose a mutator wouldn't work on servers unless they allowed it, and I typically like to play on Omnipotents ONS, and I don't recall that being one. :-/
