in-game technical glitch
My game's progress will sometimes reset when I go into the game and now whenever I try to play the game my mouse and keyboard are not registered in the game, forcing me to ALT + ESC out of the game and shut it down through the task manager, I would like to know how to fix this game as I was gifted it for Christmas and quite honestly I am very "Angry" that it isnt working.
(this is my polite way of explaining the problem)

Yes I did, but even when I play the campaign it messes up
