[FIXED] screen whitens after taking screenshots
By default the F12 button changes your contrast, if you're trying to take a screenshot with Steam's default key, it will undesirably change the contrast.

Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Unreal II The Awakening\System
Open user.ini
Find the line F12=BumpContrast
Remove "BumpContrast" to take screenshots correctly.

Default Unreal2.ini settings
Brightness=0.800000
Contrast=0.700000
Gamma=0.800000

alot of other games use F12 as an in-game key too for example: PS2 uses F12 to swich to the 12th slot on a vehicle (probably only useful for galaxies and sunderers) and Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy (and probably most games of that time too) uses F12 as a quick save so it's probably better to change it, i reccomend keypad full stop or dot (.) what ever you want to call it. Since there arn't many games (from what i've seen) that use that button.
