Problem with the server list, imposible conection before launch the game

Hello guys... Yesterday i tried to play to my favority game...AA3, but i did´t because when i launched the game via steam i did´t get the server list. The interface was thinking but nothing... Someone could give me a clue...

yesterday was a new update (950MB) the servers need the update files too,but not all have the update ,only 49 server in server list!

IF there are 49 servers on the list, why will they not load up on my list??? Still and issue no servers listing???

I have no severe list too. But I use gametracker to find server IP. Copy IP, start aa3, open consol and write "open" then paste IP number and press enter.
Here is aa3 sever list: http://www.gametracker.com/search/aa3/
