aa3 wont start

ive been going thru this for 3 weeks,
had an issue removing steam and had to go into registry to get steam to delete,something happened and i had to reformat and had to reformat,
now when i click play for AA3 the splash banner comes on and imediatly i get a message saying the Americas army welcome screen has stopped working.
tried everything sugested on Americas army forums and still the same issue.i can go into game thru binaries and "play "in a off line mode
ive reformatted 5 times and with 3 different operating systems vista,windows8 and now windows 7

it's not steam job to support. AA Dev is the one who looks the problem, not steam

I can't play on AA3 with this account-steam! I have created a new account-steam and so i can play to AA3 again! Why this account is off for AA3???

No mmchaos,with other steam-account AA3 is ok ...Why my old account don't open AA3??
