HL2 Blue Shift

Wouldn't it be cool to get a sequel? Playing through HL2 as Barney? And maybe the same thing for Opposing Force, playing as a Combine soldier or something!

Yes, yes, I know it was in development for a long time, but the point still stands. Also, people from Valve (including Gabe Newell himself) have said that they'd like to bring Adrian Shephard back, so I can imagine they could do the same for Barney (which they did, in a certain way, since he shows up in Half-Life 2).

I know I'm a bit late to this thread, but I know I'd love a blue shift expansion for Half-Life 2, Would be nice to have since they are making us wait so long for episode 3 >.< come on Valve??? Give us something whilst we wait! A sequel to Opposing Force or Blue Shift expansion for Half-Life 2! just a little someting to get us by since we waited so long and still no Episode 3 :(
