Half Life Blue Shift and Half Life Opposing Force won't run the campaigns properly

So, I just finished Half Life Source for the first time (I know, shoot me, I played Source first). I went to start up Half Life Opposing Force, and the game starts as normal, but runs the regular HL single player campaign instead of HL:OF's. After looking into that, I discover that I should play HL:BS first, so I boot that one up, and the game starts as normal. I click New Game, select a difficulty, click play, and then my game crashes. Can anyone help with either/both of these problems? Thank you!

Not Sure About HL:OF , However Blue Shift May Have Something To Do With The Graphics Settings.

Are You Using Intergrated Graphics ?
