Disk IO Failure

Hello, can someone help me, please? When i try to download audiosurf, the steam downloads only to 10-12% then the window appears: "Disk IO Failure" How to solve it? I wanna play :) My HDD is good, 24,7gb are left. I tried to redownload, but nothing happend..

I was looking around and the common solution seems to be deleting the local content. Some have had luck with restarting their computer or Steam, but the local content thing seems to prevail.

Thank you very much. :| I tried delete the cache like there http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/0/882966056818751255/ said, but its still the same problem. I reinstalled steam but nothing happened :( I give up.
