How could this possibly have earned the "full controller support" designation? What a farce. I can never trust that icon now.

Using a controller, you can control the ship during gameplay, and pause. That is all. You can't select a mode, select a song, get past the launcher. Actually, you can't navigate a single menu in the game, including that pause menu, and there is nothing in the game's settings pertaining to controllers.

I have no complaints against Audiosurf, it is a great game at a great price, and it is great that you can use the controller for actual gameplay. But I expected the controller support information on Steam to make sense.

using a 360 joypad i can navigate everything - the thumbsticks move the cursor without a problem.

I got no problems with this and im useing a ps3 controler.

It works fine with the 360 controller, i can navigate through menus and select a song without any probleme

lol don,t know about any issuses since i had this game not had a single problem not with dual shock controller with anologue stick and mouse and keyboard never had a problem

joy2mouse is a joystick remapping tool, useful for doing whatever you need with your joystick - in most games I just assign my joystick to use the virtual keycodes for hotkeys that are already a part of the game. it can also be used to control the mouse.

You can use XPadder to customize the controles. Works good for me :)

Happens with a lot of games on Steam. Says "Full Controller Support" and then there is some key important thing they neglect to impliment into the game controller.
