Extreme lag on start-up and in-game
So I know it's nothing wrong with my laptop as it is only a month or two old and has decent components, as well as every other game functioning great...

Just downloaded audiosurf, go to start it up, music plays and then I move the mouse and the music goes all laggy as well as the mouse movement. This lasts for about 3 or so minutes then becomes bearable, but as soon as the map opens to ride a song, it starts doing it again

I have no idea why this happens, it's not even a complex game...

Any ideas D: ?

Nah its definitely not those, my other games which are much more complex perform great. Don't know what it was in the end but it just started working properly one day

I've got the same issue. OC'd 560ti and i5 2500k @ 4.5 gHz should not cause this sort of lag. I personally have to lower the resolution to 1024x768 instead of 1920x1080, and I'm able to play Battlefield 3 in 1920x1080.
