How long is the song and what is its name and artist/group?
When you play it, does it end in the middle of the song just like that?
Or does it just say it's shorter than it actually is and still play fine?
I got a few songs which display an inaccurate length, sometimes a song can say it's 30 min long when it's actually just 4 min long. Still, Audiosurf can play those songs fine.
So each song finishes after 3 minutes even though they're longer?
What sound format are they? MP3, WAV. Do you use iTunes or files stored on your drive?
What computer do you have? What graphics card and how much RAM?
There could be a possibility that if there isn't enough memory Audiosurf will compensate by allowing you to play the song but only as long memory is available, but still I find this VERY unlikely.
Another theory is that something is wrong with your version of Audiosurf, maybe a corrupt file or something so it fails to "materialize" the track completely.
But I guess you have already tried to reinstall Audiosurf from scratch.
Have you tried it with a different computer?
haven't tried on another computer nope . i'll see what it does
