I've got no bugs at all. The controlling is a tad too controller-like, but the rest is fine...
Not to mention its funny as hell.
Overlord 1 has framerate around 30 fps, while Overlord 2 most of the time has a steady 60 fps.
But in general agreement, I really enjoyed this game. It had its issues, and some game design issues I personally take exception to, but overall I still really enjoyed this.

What is this?
I didn't experience this, but I would say that bugs should come into consideration. Especially on digital distribution when the only thing stopping bug fixing is developer effort, you don't pay to update on steam, there isn't a distribution cost (at least for the steam version).
