Extremely Difficult
I recently bought it because I usually like racing games but this game really sucks to me. There isn't a lot of variety in my opinion and the controls and handling are really difficult. I really dislike it. Is there a way to return it?

I got this on sale some time ago, thought i'd give it another go after updating my hardware. I soon remembered why i deleted it in the first place, I find the controls are horrible to play with. deleted it again right after. A grand total of 49 minutes played. Could have spent the money down the pub on two pints and had more fun.

"There's no variety."You get to chose your team mate, customize the theme for you racing team such as colours sponsors etc, You can do F1 to demolition derby to Prototype races to 24 Hour Le Mans. How is there "No variety"?

Hard to play unless you have a controller/wheel as expected. There is no mulitplayer at all as they took the servers down

If you use Tunggle or GameRanger then you can join LAN networks and play with other people there. People are always playing it. Even I'm surprised since It's an old game.

I use a PS3 controller and this is how I do it
First, plug in the wireless reciever to the computer and turn on the controller.
Then get something called DS3 Tool. This basically tells the computer what your controller is. So for me I tell it that it's an Xbox 360 controller. You install DS3 Tool then choose Xbox 360 Controller then click enable. Most games will work with the controller now.

steam may give you a credit if you ask. they can remove the game from your account and give you credit to purchase something else on Steam

would I just e-mail them?

go through their online support system. Their support options are "Is the problem related to a game or Steam service?". Select STEAM. Then, click "Can't find the solution? Can't find the solution?" My experience is you get a store credit and they remove the game from your account. Although, it may take a few emails to get.
