Actually, there are many simulators made in 2013 - 2015 looking like this. Totally fine with it. The sense of a simulator is not to give you a great and perfect graphic adventure, a simulator is simulating certain tasks,situations,tactics,techniques,strategies,handlings. This game simulates hunting pretty good, and the graphics are not too bad.
