ServerPerks.ini File missing? What now
The correct path would be something like D:/Steam/Steamapps/common/System/ServerPerks.ini

Which is what everyone tells me... However, I can't find anything there. Any ideas now?

I just went to host a game, went to mutator, and started the game, does that count?

Yes, as long as you used the mutator and the game starts. It should automatically make one.

It did not, I had to "Subscribe" to the ServerPerks, edit one thing in mutator, play game, quit, and then it showed up. Thank you for the help though. I hope this helps others :)
