Who else thinks there should have been more voice actors?
Hearing the same repetative phrases in a 6 man game all voiced by the same guy can get quite stale. There is of course the girl voice and the patriarch which shouldnt even really count. Im just wondering why there wasnt a german, russian, japanese, french, various british accents, american accents to go along with the plethora of characters. what were they thinking?

Well it costs a lot of money to hire lots of voice actors and Tripiwire isn't exactly a huge developer like Activision or EA who can get pretty much anyone they want. They just had to work with what they could afford.

Fun fact: The two voice actors for all the male characters in KF are a retired British police officer and Tripiwire's Vice President Alan Wilson.

To save money, they are a indie company.
On a side note, none of the characters are truly American/Russian/German/American.
Ricky and Hayato are both American (Hayato is half) as well as Nikolai & Herman are both (or all 4) british with ancestry of their respective heritage. More British accents? Yes maybe, but not really needed. Thought im not sure whats wrong with the devs over at TWI, they already have MaleVoice3 (The American voice), they can easily have given it to both the Rising Storm soldiers and Chickenator (Dat HBH Trailer), but its too late, the damage is done.

On a side note, they do have voices in other languages, as far as i know Russian since i already heard 1 of the MaleVoice, Ash's and the Trader's voice.

New voice actor or two wouldn't hurt (maybe) but honestly... nah.
I still love current voices... how could anybody possibly get tired of hearing same voice when it's British? :P

I don't think, new voice actors are necessary. However it would be funny, if you had a similar option as in Red Orchestra and listen to the native sounds of the players. So when a German player hits the "Thanks" shortcut, everybody hears "Danke".

They could also add support for workshop voicepacks and integrate them into the game, when they are well received.

Then again I really don't think it is required. And I'd prefer to see alternating Zed models/skins then having different voices.
Off course, 2-3 Voice actors for THAT amount of skins just aren't enough.

Nah man, you should know that EVERYONE is British. Even them Japanese and Americans from Red Orchestra 2! They might be fighting cause their from different countries but their really fighting over who gets what kind of tea!
